History

This home was constructed in 1921.

In 1984 it was purchased by Mr. and Mrs. David E. Saner, both of whom worked in the oil and gas industry. To repair the effects of age, they installed wallboard on all walls and most ceilings. They refinished wood floors, replaced baseboards, added ceiling moldings, re-wired, replumbed, and generally, updated the entire interior.

Reflecting modern trends and expectations, the Saners built a den with a working fireplace and carpet. They added a sunroom off the formal living room and installed two new bathrooms upstairs. In 1988 the home was purchased by Dr. and Mrs. Keith Gibson.
