Although the vast majority of homes built in Heritage Hills were single family dwellings, a few duplexes and fourplexes were built on the eastern and western boundaries in the early 1920s as the population explosion gained momentum.

This duplex was built in 1924 for $10,000. Like most of the houses on the block, its design is primarily Colonial Revival.
