History
This airplane bungalow home was built in 1919 by G.A. Nichols for $6,000 and sold to Dr. and Mrs. W.J. Jolly. It is distinguished by its low-pitched gables, exposed rafter tails and brackets, broad front porch, and half story on the second floor designed to catch cool summer breezes.
