History
This version of the popular Colonial design used so frequently by Nichols during the early 1920s was sold in 1923 to Mr. and Mrs. Cecil C. Owens, who owned a grocery store at the corner of 11th and Harvey. Their son, John, later inherited the home and added a 1,000-square foot living area on the back of the house.
