The third owner of this Colonial Revival home was William Mee, the son of William Mee, president of Security National Bank and the man who built the stately home at 721 N.W.14th. The younger William and his wife, Margaret, lived in this home from 1926 to 1933, during which time he listed his occupation as vice president of Burwell and Mee, Inc., a finance and insurance firm.
