Like many of Nichols’ homes, this place was basically a Colonial Revival with the large porch and brick columns typical of bungalows. It was purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Earl S. Voorhis. Earl was manager of the Southwest Nash Motor Company. Later owners enclosed part of the front porch and moved the entryway.
