Nichols started work on this home across the street during that same May in 1919. It also is Colonial Revival, but with elements of Mediterranean details such as the arched windows, entryway, and tiled roof. When completed, it was sold to Mr. and Mrs. Fred S. Goldstandt. Fred, a general agent with Equitable Life Insurance Company, remained only a short time, then sold to Mr. and Mrs. Clarence B. Hyde. Hyde was a banker from Wewoka who moved to Oklahoma City in 1918 and listed himself in the city directory as an “investor.” He and his wife, Cella, lived in the home until 1962.

In 1975 care of the home passed to Patricia and Gary Bloom and their four children. Gary, a buyer with the Mideke Supply Company, and Patricia, a professional ballet dancer who had performed with the National Ballet Company, replumbed, painted, remodeled the entire home, and added a family room and deck.
