History
In 1928 realtor George C. Naden and his wife, Martha, purchased the last undeveloped lot on the 300 block and began work on this unique brick home. The front facade is distinguished by two sets of arched windows and an arched door offset below a cropped curvilinear gable. Adding to the diversity are a standard hip roof and bungalow styled rafter tails. The Nadens only remained in the home for a year.
Subsequent occupants include Mr. Clyde Ingle, who rose to become owner of the Pepsi Bottling Company in Oklahoma City and president of the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, as well as Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Danford, who purchased the home in 1975 and generally renovated it. Their son, Mark, continues to live in the home.
