This formal looking Colonial Revival home was built in 1923 by Winifred and Jason S. Eaton. Jason operated the J.S. Eaton Accounting Company. The home’s design includes a large gabled portico over the entryway and a distinctive porte-cochere. The Eatons lived in the home until 1929.
