Joining individual builders in finishing Winans Addition after the war was one of the largest development companies in Oklahoma, Aurelius-Swanson, which specialized inbuilding medium priced bungalows. This unique Southwestern style bungalow, constructed in the spring of 1920 at a cost of $10,000, is a good example of their work. The first occupants were Mr. and Mrs. William P. Hulbert. He was chief clerk of the Southern Products Company.
