History
After World War I, the demand for affordable yet upscale housing encouraged the construction of apartments and duplexes that blended well with single family homes in neighborhoods such as Heritage Hills. This Colonial Revival two-story brick duplex, constructed in 1927, was virtually indistinguishable from surrounding homes. Today it is a single family residence.
