One of the dominant architectural trends sweeping the nation during the first two decades of the century was Frank Lloyd Wright's Prairie look, with strong horizontal lines, extended eaves, massive brick columns and porches, and flat roofs. This house, constructed in 1916, is a good example of the Prairie style's popularity in Oklahoma.
