A popular adaptation of the Colonial Revival style was Georgian, used for this home built by Mr. and Mrs. Andrew J. Craham in 1922.Craham was secretary/treasurer and manager of the Williams, Halsell, Frazier Company, one of the region's foremost wholesale grocers. Incorporated in 1898,the firm operated warehouses in both Guthrie and Oklahoma City, specializing in groceries, cigars, and teas imported direct from Japan. Businessmen such as Craham and his neighbor Mack Blake made Oklahoma City a leading center in the wholesale grocery trade.

After the Crahams moved out in 1929 the house changed hands many times. In 1980 it was purchased by Dr. and Mrs. Lawrence DeBault who began a gradual rehabilitation of painting and remodeling.
