History
Architectural contrast is provided by this Colonial Revival home constructed about 1923. Overall, the design is much more vertical and formal than its neighbors, topped by an eyebrow dormer in the middle of the hipped roof. This home had a quick succession of occupants over the years. The first resident, oilman Ben Glover, remained only a year, followed by eight different families from 1925 to 1940. Originally designed as a duplex, it has been converted to a single family residence.
