Ethel Bowers, one of the few female developers active in the Heritage Hills neighborhood, sold this brick Colonial Revival in 1921 to Mr. and Mrs. William A. Snyder for $21,750. Snyder, production supervisor with the Atlantic Oil Producing Company, lived there until 1927.
