This unusual home was another Nichols and Chandler creation built during that busy winter of 1918–1919. It is two story, finished in stucco, and distinguished by the ornate portico over the entryway, arched windows, and the crescent-moon decorative panels. It was sold to Mrs. Emma L. Wood for $11,000.
