History
Another typical bungalow is this one-story frame home with identifiable features such as exposed rafter tails, low-pitched gables, and liberal use of windows. Builder and sometime contractor E.C. Ross completed this home in 1921 at a cost of $5,000. After a long succession of occupants, it was purchased in 1948 by Mr. and Mrs. Edward Roberts. Owner of a dry cleaners, the Roberts remained until 1975.
