This two-story frame home was constructed in the winter of 1918, one of several started simultaneously by Nichols and Chandler on 20th Street. Like some surrounding homes, it was a combination of bungalow and Colonial Revival designs. The most unique feature is the large single dormer that breaks the second-floor roofline directly over the ridge of the first-floor gable. It was sold to Carrie Jacobi, who lived there until 1924.
