History

In 1917 developer C.E. Huffman used a page from Nichols' design book to build this two-story Colonial Revival home. The first owner was Mr. Ara W. Pratt, president of the Southwest Reserve Bank. In 1987,after it had suffered from age and misuse, HPI bought the home and put it on the market with a restrictive covenant.
