While Nichols and his construction crews used similar floorplans house after house, they usually found enough variations to give each home a distinctive look. Here, they added flared brick walls on the front, giving the impression of Gothic buttresses. Additional variety is provided by clipped gables and eyebrow dormers on the roof.
